This program is organized annually by the social and welfare department of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN) University of Ibadan branch. With almost a decade after its inception, this program has grown in leaps and bounds, with aboutt five papers at each edition, centering on issues affecting Nigerians, the world and the Muslims at large. This is presented annually by the participating halls of residence within University of Ibadan.

With this, a total of at least fifty papers have been presented so far with a yearly improvement in quality of papers presented and methods of presentation. With the introduction and advancement in information technology, organizers of this program recently introduced the use of audio and visual aid. As at present this programme can be compared in stardard with others alike programmes around the world.

In order to create an atmosphere of competition, the organizers recently introduced a gold-plate plaque as reward to the adjudged best paper for the year.
